The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10+ years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development, with flexibility to work from any US office. This role involves working on high-profile projects in renewable energy, energy storage, and power generation.

Duties

• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
• Handle equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement.
• Draft operations and maintenance agreements and long-term services agreements.
• Collaborate on development agreements for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
