Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience or internships in contracts, construction law, consumer law, and commercial litigation preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Ability to draft clear and effective legal documents.
• Experience in a busy law office environment is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
