Duties

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to business, real estate, and probate/trusts

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Participate in mediations, negotiations, court hearings, and trials

• Draft and review business and real estate transactional documents

• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on multidisciplinary cases

• Maintain and grow strong client relationships

• Potential to contribute to business development and firm leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law in litigation and some transactional work

• Experience handling matters involving business, real estate, probate, or trusts

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently

• Willingness to handle both litigation and transactional responsibilities

• Prior experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
