Job Duties:

• Handle matters related to federal government contracts, including contract compliance counseling, bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.
• Provide legal advice and representation concerning government contracts.
• Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and participate in litigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contracts matters.
• Specialized experience in federal government contracts, including bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.
• Interest and experience in litigation procedures.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state.
• Preferably practicing in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and admitted to practice in Virginia or Maryland.
