Associate Attorney

Profile

Our Sonoma County, California, client is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Associate Attorney with experience in business transactions and at least 2-3 years civil litigation experience to add to their thriving “small town” law firm.

Practice areas include personal injury, business services and employment law, employment discrimination, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and wine industry compliance. 

The ideal candidate, who will be responsible for all aspects of assigned cases, will have civil litigation experience that is sufficient to independently handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motions, pretrial hearings and pretrial preparations.

Exceptional writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the California Bar Association
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
