Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear and argue in court.
• Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• Outstanding legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience or interest in civil litigation and/or trust and probate litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
