A law firm seeks a CLO/ABL/Structured Finance Associate with 2-6+ years of experience for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private securities offerings, securitization, or general bank lending, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.

Duties

• Advise clients on private securities offerings and securitization.
• Manage general bank lending transactions, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.
• Collaborate with team members on complex structured finance deals.
• Provide legal counsel on CLO, ABS, and CMBS matters.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.
• CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
