Duties

• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Advise on Nasdaq/NYSE compliance and governance issues.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Handle IPOs, equity/debt offerings, and PIPEs.
• Engage with technology and life sciences companies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with public company compliance and governance.
• Familiarity with capital markets transactions.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
