• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations in Illinois and Indiana.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar Licenses in Illinois and Indiana (Required).
