Duties

• Monitor the progress of active mass tort dockets from inception to resolution.
• Provide detailed case status updates and reports to senior attorneys.
• Assess staffing needs and collaborate with paralegals and supervisors.
• Develop and implement case management procedures.
• Serve as a resource for client inquiries and provide updates.
• Act as a liaison between management and legal staff.
• Ensure accurate data entry regarding case stages and client communications.
• Run reports to confirm Statutes of Limitations are tracked and updated.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state of residence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mass tort litigation.
• Experience managing high-volume dockets.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Education
