Duties:

• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including case analysis, pre-lawsuit investigations, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, ensuring attention to detail and effective project management.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategy and providing client updates.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in the development of client relationships.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Proficiency in case management and legal software tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
