Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4+ years of litigation experience; employment law background preferred.
• Active PA bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
