Duties

• Provide strategic advice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, lenders, and tenants to meet client objectives.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review and environmental assessments.
• Ensure compliance with real estate, title, and zoning laws.
• Build and manage client relationships to promote business development.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Expertise in real estate transactions, development, and financing.
• Familiarity with land use and zoning compliance.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure.
