Duties

• Prepare summaries of corporate document reviews, highlighting key contract provisions.
• Interact with associates, counsel, and partners for guidance and updates on transactions.
• Utilize office technology for report writing and document management.
• Attend training sessions and assist in team training.
• Maintain accurate timecards for hours worked.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of related experience at a law firm or reputable in-house team.
• Admission to practice law in a relevant US state.

Education

• JD or equivalent from a US ABA recognized law school, or a qualifying law degree with a legal practice course.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in a relevant US state.
