Duties

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel in practice areas such as Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, and Business & Commercial Litigation.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• At least eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal cases effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
