A law firm seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Baltimore, MD office. The firm specializes in employment and labor law, providing strategic solutions to enhance workplace functionality and employee engagement.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters.
• Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on employment law.
• Active MD bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active MD bar admission.
