Partner-level Associate Attorney needed for Annapolis office

Location:

• Annapolis, Maryland

Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in complex labor and employment matters in Maryland and D.C.

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution

• Provide legal counsel, conduct client interviews, and maintain strong client communication

• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and depositions

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff

• Collaborate with a high-performing legal team on case strategies

• Use case management software to track and manage workflow efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation with a focus on labor and employment law

• Demonstrated experience handling plaintiff-side employment cases is strongly preferred

• Proven ability to lead and supervise legal staff and junior attorneys

• Strong client service skills and professional demeanor

• A portable book of business is preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Maryland required

• Admission to D.C. Bar is a plus

Skills:
