A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Hilton Head Island, SC, to handle a range of residential and commercial real estate matters. The successful candidate will support closings, draft agreements, and advise on community association and zoning issues.

Duties

• Lead all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title review and closing coordination.

• Prepare and revise purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents.

• Advise clients on community association governance and zoning regulations.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, title companies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina bar admission.

• Proven experience in real estate law, including closings and contract drafting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
