A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of complex commercial disputes and will be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution. Location:

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts

• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs

• Handle written discovery, depositions, and document review

• Participate in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution

• Communicate effectively with clients and maintain regular case updates

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm

• Solid understanding of litigation procedures and court rules

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and discovery

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice or ability to waive in

Skills:

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Effective client communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software
