Job Title: Real Estate, Probate, and Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Edmond, OK, is actively seeking a full-time attorney to independently manage a diverse caseload spanning real estate, probate, and litigation matters. This role offers flexibility in working location, with the option to operate from the firm's fully equipped Edmond office or remotely, depending on experience and preference. The ideal candidate values autonomy within a collegial environment and is committed to ethical and solution-focused legal practice.

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload independently, including direct client engagement and case strategy.

• Provide legal services across real estate transactions, litigation, probate matters, and property disputes.

• Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.

• Ensure consistent ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of practice.

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on research, drafting, and case reviews as needed.

• Meet established productivity goals through billable hours or revenue benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney.

• At least 1 year of courtroom or litigation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and expectations proactively.

• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and bill at least 1,300 hours annually (or equivalent revenue).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: real estate law, probate, litigation, title work, estate planning, zoning, or landlord-tenant law.

• Ability to work without micromanagement in a decentralized firm structure.
