Duties

• Handle and participate in a broad range of commercial, business, and securities litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
• Advise clients within the scope of financial services legal counsel.
• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Render opinions on compliance, litigation, and regulatory concerns.
• Identify issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with lawyers in various firm offices as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in business, securities litigation, and banking is a plus.
• Trial and arbitration experience required.
• Strong writing skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate concisely and accurately, both orally and in writing.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Team player with effective and collaborative working relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.
