Contract Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 1-2 years civil litigation experience. Fully proficient with all forms of discovery techniques and a demonstrated ability for properly drafting motions of all types, including dispositive motions required. Hands-on experience in all phases of litigation including law and motion, depositions, trial and appeals, and should be proficient in oral and written advocacy required. Capable of handling arbitration and mediation independently required. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Demonstrated clear and concise writing skills and performance of thorough legal analysis required. Demonstrated confidence to work under multiple high-pressured deadlines required. Proficient in Westlaw required.
