Duties:

• Represent clients in matters involving insurance defense and/or subrogation claims

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents

• Conduct legal research and draft case analyses

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials

• Maintain client communication and manage caseloads efficiently

• Work both autonomously and collaboratively with other legal staff

• Contribute to strategic planning and case management discussions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience practicing law

• Prior exposure to insurance defense or subrogation is advantageous

• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proven ability to manage case files independently

• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission (mandatory)
