Associate Counsel

The candidate will be responsible for: Act as a liaison to internal and external clients, communicating information regarding relevant cases. Familiarize with relevant cases, including domestic securities class actions, opt-out direct securities actions, non-US collective securities actions, and antitrust class actions related to bank collusion in the sale of alternative financial instruments. Help to add content to knowledge libraries to ensure that our internal and external clients have the most current information easily available and identify potential improvements to those knowledge sharing systems. Facilitate client participation in relevant cases across all product types. Communicate both directly with clients and with their internal account managers to advise clients on the process of joining all types of cases. Facilitate contract execution and additional document requests from law firms and litigation funders. Create written content for use inside and outside of the organization. Research and write marketing pieces regarding case and industry insights. Compile and prepare written research reports to keep colleagues and clients informed regarding new and pending cases, settlements, filed claims, and remitted funds.
