The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in insurance coverage analysis or bad faith litigation and be admitted to practice in at least one Northeastern jurisdiction. Location

Duties

• Conduct in-depth insurance policy analysis and coverage evaluations

• Draft detailed coverage opinions and client advisories

• Handle bad faith litigation and complex insurance disputes

• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions

• Advise insurance clients on risk, liability, and resolution strategies

• Represent clients in state and federal courts as needed

• Collaborate with legal teams across multiple offices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith claims

• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing policy language across various lines

• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues independently

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and problem-solving capabilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic background preferred

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in MA

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
