Requirements

• Active California Bar license, in good standing.
• Based in Northern California with availability for in-person appearances.
• No prior Workers' Compensation experience required (training provided).
• Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
