Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and business transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business operations.
• Advise clients on legal implications and strategies related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Lead and manage business transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are properly handled.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client expectations with exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout all stages of client engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and business transactional law.
• Proven ability to manage complex business transactions and legal matters.
• Established book of business with a minimum of $350,000+ in business generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.

Education:

• JD (Juris Doctor) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of California.
