Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients throughout all stages of workers’ compensation proceedings

• Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to each client’s case and goals

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and related documents

• Negotiate settlements and participate in hearings with the goal of favorable resolutions

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to collect evidence and strengthen case strategy

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure responsive communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law

• Strong foundation in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury matters

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work under deadlines

• Team-oriented approach to legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
