A law firm in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Real Estate and Financial Services/Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 5+ years of broad real estate finance experience. The ideal candidate will have solid large law firm experience, strong academic achievements, and exceptional writing and communication skills.

Duties:

• Handle real estate finance transactions, including loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post-closing, including asset management and workout experience
• Represent lenders in secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies
• Provide legal counsel on various real estate finance matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of broad real estate finance experience
• Strong academic achievement
• Solid large law firm experience practicing real estate finance law
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
