Duties

• Participate in M&A and joint venture transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys.
• Engage with clients across various energy sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in good standing.
