Duties

• Draft and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title review for commercial and residential properties.
• Handle zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Represent clients in real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant matters and property litigation.
• Coordinate with brokers, developers, and municipal authorities as needed.
• Manage closings and ensure proper documentation and regulatory filings.
• Stay informed of changes in California real estate laws and industry trends.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in general real estate law.
• Extensive knowledge of California property law, land use, and transactional procedures.
• Proven track record managing complex real estate deals and disputes.
• Strong negotiation and client advisory skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar (in good standing).
