Location

Duties

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs in complex commercial litigation cases

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses and case strategy recommendations

• Participate in client meetings, discovery planning, depositions, and court hearings

• Support senior attorneys in managing large-scale litigation matters

• Coordinate with clients and other legal teams to ensure timely and accurate case progression

• Maintain detailed records and support all phases of litigation from intake to resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial litigation or judicial clerkship experience

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal research and writing assignments

• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and rules

• Former judicial clerks and candidates with large law firm experience strongly preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Law Review or journal experience preferred

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
