Duties

Requirements

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• 3 years of experience in commercial litigation and data privacy.
• Experience with intellectual property litigation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and international data privacy laws.

Education

• J.D., LL.M., or U.S. equivalent in law.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.

Skills
