The ideal candidate will have at least four years of legal experience and be admitted to the Alaska Bar or eligible to waive in. Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate and business contracts, including leases and purchase agreements.
• Facilitate and close real estate, M&A, and financing transactions.
• Handle entity formations and draft operating, shareholder, and partnership agreements.
• Provide general counsel work for real estate clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Alaska State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• Minimum of four years of legal experience.

Education
