Duties

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and generate business.
• Learn case management processes to effectively support the team.
• Handle a manageable caseload while focusing on business development.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney on case strategies and client relations.
• Lead the litigation department as new business is acquired.

Requirements

• FL Bar License.
• 3-7 years of experience in estate planning/trusts preferred.
• Proven track record in business development or sales in a legal context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance casework with business development efforts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar License.
