A well-established immigration law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. This role provides the opportunity to lead complex cases, supervise legal support staff, and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused legal practice. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred. A hybrid work schedule is available for the right candidate.

Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions, including adjustment of status and consular processing
Draft and submit waivers for grounds of inadmissibility (unlawful presence, criminal, fraud-based)
Handle naturalization and citizenship applications, including complex filings
Prepare non-immigrant visa petitions (E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, P, Q, R, TN) and related port-of-entry packages
File Temporary Labor Certification applications (H-2B) with the Department of Labor (DOL)
File PERM Labor Certification applications for EB-2 and EB-3 categories
Handle permanent residency filings under EB-1, NIW, EB-2, EB-3, and special immigrant I-140 petitions
Manage consular processing for both immigrant and non-immigrant visas through the U.S. Department of State
Prepare responses to DOL audits and USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
Attend USCIS interviews and immigration hearings
Oversee support staff and manage internal workflows
Conduct client consultations, maintain ongoing client communications, and utilize case management systems
Minimum 4–6 years of experience practicing immigration law
Proven ability to manage complex family-based and/or employment-based immigration cases
Exceptional case management, analytical, and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail
Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to learning and mentorship
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures
Proficiency in legal research and preparation of filings for USCIS, DOL, and DOS
Experience managing support staff and delegating casework effectively
Familiarity with legal case management systems
Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
