The associate will engage in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing financing documents and complex federal tax issues.

Duties

• Guide clients through tax-exempt and taxable financings.
• Draft and negotiate financing and offering documents.
• Review and analyze underlying credit support and tax agreements.
• Collaborate with public and private sector clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in debt finance, public finance, or project finance.
• Experience with real estate, secured lending, and tax-exempt finance transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Must be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Education

• Strong academic record required.

Certifications

• Pennsylvania Bar membership required.
