Duties

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy.
• Represent clients at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets and cases efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings and ensure seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Monitor and educate team on legal changes.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Tennessee.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good standing with the Tennessee Bar Association.
• Ability to pass a thorough background review.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.
