Job Overview:

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to handle a wide range of legal matters related to residential and commercial transactions, banking, finance, and corporate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and the ability to manage complex transactions effectively.

Location:

• Yaedley, PA

Duties:

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leasing agreements.
• Advise clients on banking and finance matters related to real estate transactions.
• Assist businesses with corporate structuring, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct title reviews, due diligence, and risk assessments for real estate deals.
• Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and corporate contracts.
• Represent clients in real estate-related disputes and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
• Proven experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of banking and finance laws related to real estate.
• Familiarity with business and corporate legal matters is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
