A law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will handle consumer litigation cases, manage their own caseload, and communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated legal team and manage cases from inception through trial or resolution.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of consumer litigation matters from inception to trial or resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and address concerns.

• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and managing caseloads.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of cases.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
