Duties:

• Client Intake & Initial Meetings:
  • Build trust and show compassion while gathering critical case information.
  • Document facts relevant to liability, damages, and insurance coverage.
  • Develop action plans for clients and the firm to move the case forward.
• Investigation & Case Development:
  • Oversee investigations to ensure the collection of vital evidence.
  • Assess insurance coverage and formulate strategies for case success.
• Negotiation & Settlement:
  • Prepare cases for trial while evaluating potential settlement options.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with insurance adjusters, negotiating aggressively.
  • When needed, file lawsuits and manage clients through the litigation process.
• Litigation & Trial Preparation:
  • Draft pleadings and discovery documents for lawsuits.
  • Develop and implement strategies for trial, mediation, or arbitration.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Review and approve correspondence prepared by support team members.
  • Work effectively with the legal team to ensure timely progress on all cases.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful case resolutions and client satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex cases.
• Experience managing litigation from intake through trial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to empathize with clients and advocate on their behalf.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
