Duties

• Assist in litigation matters including depositions, hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements

• Analyze legal conflicts and advise clients on strategies and solutions

• Communicate effectively with clients, senior attorneys, and paralegals to ensure efficient case handling

• Negotiate on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

• Organize, maintain, and manage legal files with accuracy and attention to detail

• Attend court proceedings and support litigation strategy

Requirements

• Strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy

• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

• Successful completion of the bar exam
