Requirements

• Active California Bar license.
• Experience with probate and/or limited conservatorships.
• Confidence in remote court appearances.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate with a remote team.
• Compassionate, client-focused mindset with professionalism.
• Motivation to grow skills in special needs planning.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
