Duties

• Manage mortgage foreclosure and collections cases.
• Resolve issues in discovery practice and depositions.
• Engage in conflict resolution and appellate matters.
• Appear in court and travel as needed.
• Develop industry relationships and firm presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections.
• Licensed in Mississippi state and federal courts.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to client support and judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License in Mississippi (required).
• Additional state licenses are a plus.
