The role involves supporting the Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, with the option to be based in Tampa or other specified locations. Duties

• Support health care-focused clients with regulatory and transactional matters.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex cases.
• Collaborate with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
• Experience with telemedicine and digital health preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
