A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Philadelphia, PA office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Personal Injury team, handling various case files from inception to resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties

• Conduct pre-suite investigations.
• Draft complaints, responsive pleadings, motions, and responses.
• Manage discovery production and requests.
• Assist with expert reports.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other court events.

Requirements

• Minimum of two to three years of litigation experience in a plaintiff or defense firm.
• High level of complex litigation experience.
• Proficiency in research and writing (writing sample required).
• Licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
