Duties

• Engage in commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation.
• Participate in trial, motion practice, and depositions.
• Draft motions, including summary judgment and motions to dismiss.
• Handle complex discovery motions.
• Collaborate with various teams on multi-disciplinary insolvency issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Interest in or exposure to bankruptcy practice.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of secured transactions law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) with impressive academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills
