Duties

• Represent clients in business, commercial, construction, real estate, and estate law.
• Review and draft documents based on client term sheets or supervisor instructions.
• Appear in court and argue motions.
• Research legal points and facts from various data sources.
• Conduct client intake and follow-up communications.
• Train and develop assistants and paralegals.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office 365.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• English required; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Education

• Doctorate required.

Certifications

• Bar license required.
