Legal Department, stay closely abreast of regulatory changes related to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. admitted and non-admitted business, including providing guidance related to local, state and federal regulatory changes. Ensure that compliance guidance is implemented, that action plans are promptly completed and that proper controls and testing are in place and effective. Provide and oversee training and awareness initiatives related to compliance issues and requirements. Evaluate, respond to and design action plans to address regulatory inquiries, audits, complaints, investigations and examinations and statistical and other requests from regulators. Conduct regular monitoring and testing of compliance controls within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.' underwriting and claims units. Oversee and advise on controls related to the monitoring of jurisdiction data, privacy laws and related reporting/compliance requirements. Participate in product reviews prior to rollout. Assist with responses to trade organizations regarding regulatory issues. Coordinate preparation and filing of corporate documentation such as holding company filings including Forms B, C, D, F and CGAD filings. Oversee company licensing including claims adjuster and producer appointments. Oversee the OFAC monitoring process.
