Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney
The candidate should have exceptional writing, research, and communication skills. The attorney will be assisting the Litigation Group in medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance defense cases and also assisting on other litigation matters in the Litigation Group in all areas of our clients’ legal needs. Will work on a defense team, conduct legal research, draft complex pleadings, motions, briefs, appellate briefs, court appearances, conduct depositions, correspond with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, meet filing deadlines. Timekeeping and case management.
